Payment

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within 12 hours of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries when:
- Provides an incorrect or outdated address.
- The recipient from you is out of town or inaccessible.
- Not responding to the delivery person when requested.
Returned requests or require forwarding due to incorrect addresses or failure to respond to the delivery person will be subject to additional charges for re-shipping and re-addressing by the carrier or any of the above.
Return, Refund and Payment Terms
MRK Online Shop offers a flexible cancellation, returns and exchange policy. Cancellations can be made within 24hrs of the order. Please contact us to confirm the cancellation.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original delivery and then the item must be returned back to MRK Head Office within a further 7 days of making the returns request. Any returns made outside these timescales may only warrant the customer to receive a credit note.
All items must be returned unworn, unaltered and undamaged in any way from their original condition, with all included packaging, tags, stickers, plastic/protective covering, papers and identifications cards, to qualify for a refund or exchange. Worn or altered watches/products will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
All refunds may take up to 15 business days to process once the item has been returned.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Bands, straps, and bracelets.
- Battery.
- Glass.
- Exposed crystals and other embellishments.
- Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear.
There are cases in which the item of refund is excluded, and this is done during a period of 10 to 30 days with the same method of original payment or transfer via account and the cases that exclude them are:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
Other Important Terms
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions and the suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use our Website shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.
